8 months at PST and my sport is Lacrosse.

It has made me faster and has made  me have better footwork to beat my opponent's. PST has also made me stronger by making my shot become faster. My stamina has also improved making me not as tired when running for a long time. 

PST has given me the confidence to know that I can beat my defenders.

My favorite thing about PST is when I go on the field and play lacrosse and I notice my foot work,  speed and strength has improved.

I’ve been going to PST for almost 3 years now, I started in March 2022 I used to play baseball and now I run cross country and play ultimate frisbee PST has helped me get faster, especially with accelerating to my top speed, which has been useful for frisbee making cuts off of defenders.
My favorite thing about PST is the community that has been built between the people that go there each week. We all know each other well and always get into interesting debates about different sports topics during class, which is always fun

I've been coming to PST since the Fall of my sophomore year in High School, so for about 1 year.

I play Baseball, and I also do weight lifting, which has been an Olympic Sport since 1920.

PST has literally helped me grow in sports. I've made solid gains in my weight, while improving my lateral speed, and actually shaving a second off of my 60. 

The best thing about PST is you see quick results if you put the work in, and Coach Adna provides multiple tools for improving different areas of athletic performance. So the time I spend working out goes by quickly while the results stay stacked on.
